Renting

All Big Lake Villagers have free access to park activities including, picnic tables, shuffle board, horseshoes a club house with a pool table for tournaments, and several tables and chairs for events. Access to the white sandy beach at Big Lake Village is included free of charge for all residents for swimming and sun bathing. There is a boat ramp located at Hope Beach just minutes from the park.

At Big Lake Village you own the home and pay for lot rental. There are no HOA fees. The lot rental does not include any of the following:

Cable TV
DirecTV
Telephone or Internet Service
Electric Service
Water
Lawn service is optional .

Monthly lot rental starts at $455.00 per month for full-size single wide mobile homes (not cramped park models). Contact us for Homes or Lots that may be available.
